Seventeen-year-old Rys Savar has only ever known war amongst the stars. With peace won and his elite squad no longer needed, he's forcefully retired and moved to a new warfront he and the rest of 01 were never prepared for: high school.

While the teens fight to find their footing, a newfound friend gives Rys what he’d been searching for: a feeling of home.

But their peace doesn’t last, as Rys’s team is picking up on Novian chatter about Bijordan. Could the enemy be scheming once more?

Rys and his team will do everything in their power to protect their new home from becoming a wasteland like their birth colony.
