I came to Mountainside Hospital to escape.

A mountain of debt.
An addict father.
A disloyal family.

This place is supposed to be my chance to start over, get out of debt, and if I stick around five years, I’ll be living the new American dream - no student loans.

But a cocky hotshot surgeon gunning for my job - chief of surgery - is determined to get in my way.

He thinks he can have my job - and me - but this town isn’t big enough for the two of us.
